Become an energy to know the enemy

Sword master, Musashi Miyamoto wrote:
"Become an enemy to know the enemy"
It is very important to understand the situation, psychology and skills of the opponent in the battle.
To know the enemy, first become the enemy.
I think it is a word that expresses the necessity of the relativity of things and the power to look down at battle.
Humans have a fighting instinct, but at the same time a synchronizing instinct.
With a balance between the two, with a spirit of "harmony" in the battlefield.
And always ready for both life and death
A wonderful philosophy that lived in the last minute situation of the Civil war era

Don't Panic

We are facing difficulties of Coronavirus spreading all over the world

When humans panic and feel fear, their emotions are disturbed, their heart rate rises, and blood rises on their heads.
The important thing in the art of ninja / samurai is not to try to suppress it psychologically.
I don't know what will happen in battle.
It is more important to adjust the body concretely than to adjust psychology and feelings.
There is an absolute way to keep your heart rate down and calm.

It is “breathing”.

People panic because they are misled by outside information and circumstances,
The important thing is to control the “inside” at that time.

Controlling the "outside world" is likely to create conflicts and conflicts with others and has limitations.
But the "inside world" is unlimited and can only be controlled by you.

"Inside" also refers to one's feelings and mental state, but physically "breathing".

When people get nervous, their breathing rises.
How to lower it ...

Very easy.
“Breathe slowly”
That's it.

Inhale from your nose and breathe deeply into your stomach.
You can do this consciously.
I consciously take a deep breath.
This alone can touch the inner world that is calm and deep somewhere.

Try the wisdom of your predecessors now with the turbulence of the coronavirus.
